Following the performance, indulge in an authentic three-course Balinese feast showcasing the island's rich culinary heritage. Begin with Ares chicken soup infused with traditional herbs, continue with the crown jewel Nasi Campur Samsam Guling featuring crispy pit-roasted black pig, minced-pork sate lilit, and flavorful lawar salad, and conclude with refreshing Es Puter Alpukat—traditional coconut sorbet with jackfruit and avocado.
